BodyART® is suitable for men and women whatever their fitness level is.
BodyART® aim is to create harmony between body and mind. It is a training method using exercise from yoga, kinesiotherapy, stretching and pilates combined with breathing techniques and relaxation. Comparing to yoga or pilates BodyART® has more flow and dynamism in the exercise routine.
BodyART® workout blend incorporates the 3-in-1 approach with strength, cardio and flexibility training. This will be a great lesson if you want to relax, reduce stress, relive back pain, burn fat, build up muscles and be flexible. We exercise with soft music but not up to the rhytm.
At the end of the course there is always a gentle stretching and a short relaxation.
