The main idea of this training is mixing and integrating the elements of different kind of trainings, this way creating  a functional system that is the most suitable for the harmonic development of the body shape and the conditional skills at the same time.

The training consists of different kind of strength and endurance improving exercises, that have to be repeated in the right order, with the specified intensity, for specified time.

The classes can be varied based on the condition of the guests, the length of the class and the creativity of the trainer.
